Miller Urogynecology works with many insurance companies and is an in-network provider for millions of people. Be sure to check with us. We will need to see your insurance card to assist you. Also check with your insurance company.
In most cases, Miller Urogynecology doesn’t require a physician referral. Some insurers require referrals, or may have additional requirements for certain medical care. Be sure to check with your insurance company.
Yes, Miller Urogynecology is accessible by wheelchair. Please let us know before your appointment if you require any other special accommodations.

People with limited sight and hearing should bring a companion to ensure clear communication.
Please be prepared to pay (or co-pay) for services at the time of your appointment. We accept check and cash.
If you have an emergency illness or symptom that requires immediate, urgent attention, call 911. If you need an appointment for illness or a symptom, call and we will try to give you an appointment within 48 hours. If you need a check-up or follow-up visit, request an appointment using our patient portal.
If you need to speak with a clinician to help you decide how to treat an illness after hours or to help you decide whether to go to the emergency room, call our main number. Your call will be forwarded to our answering service who will notify the clinician on call. The on-call clinician may not have immediate access to your records. If you receive care at an emergency room or urgent care center, please let us know by calling within 48 hours so we can assist with follow-up care as needed.
We're happy to take your billing questions through the patient portal. Submit your question securely and privately online and our financial manager usually will respond within three business days, between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm. If you prefer to contact us by phone, call the main number and leave a message for our financial manager.
Miller Urogynecology is open by appointment only M-F 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. The office is staffed generally as follows:
• Monday 8:30 am to 3:00 pm
• Tuesday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
• Wednesday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
• Thursday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
• Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
